Ingredients of Miso Eggplant

  1. It’s 1 of big eggplant.
  2. It’s 1 tsp of miso.
  3. It’s of Vinegar.
  4. You need of Sesame oil.

Miso Eggplant step by step

  1. Wash eggplant and cut diagonally. Brush each side with sesame oil..
  2. Pre heat oven at 250°C and bake it for 10 mins each side..
  3. After that remove from oven and brush it with miso mixture each side then put it back again in the oven for 5 mins each side again..
  4. When done sprinkle with sesame seed and spring onion..
